Tonight, I shared cheesy jambalaya with Kate. She shared Grolsch beer with me, in addition to 2 hours of last season's Gilmore Girls. Typically beer will assist me in escaping wretched TV, but this time I got a double dose of filth, as the beer was almost as bad as being forced to watch the aformentioned show. Shitty TV, shitty beer...if that's not grounds to commit justified suicide (or homicide, for that matter) then I don't know what is.

(note: the only saving grace is this--the more beer you drink, shitty or not, the less you're able to taste it. so I guess that's the silver lining in this case.)
