Although it was my second session of mini-marathon training, I would have to say that tonight's run was the occasion of my first real feeling of "hey, maybe I *can* do this." Miller and I ran from Kessler to Moe and Johnny's and back to Broad Ripple Ave without stopping to walk. Yes, it was only a mere 2 miles or so, but we were both extremely proud of ourselves nonetheless.
For a brief moment during the run, I caught a very miniscule glimpse of why some people actually enjoy running....and then my back started to hurt. Boo. But I'll start again tomorrow, and who knows...maybe I'll go for 3 miles. Hooha.

Isn't it amazing though what exercise can do for you?! While I still will not attempt the outdoor running, some of us at work joined Cardinal Fitness and have been working out together, and I feel so much more awake and good about myself when I work out! Congrats on the two miles! :)
