Tonight, my kickoff to spring cleaning was throwing away a 95%-empty bottle of body lotion. As Jenn and Kate so kindly pointed out, I have about 10 bottles of lotion sitting in my bedroom alone (this is not counting the 3 or 4 I have stowed in the bathroom). Keep in mind, I usually don't throw away a bottle of lotion unless it's bone-dry, but this seemed symbolic. Besides, the more mostly-empty bottles of lotion I pitch, the more bottles of new I can buy.
I guess a new season of spring calls for new lotion, so to speak. Hoo-ra.

You could combine half full bottles of lotion and then you'd have less clutter.
Does Sam's club sell Gallon size tubs of lotion because that is what I will get you for your birthday next year if they do.

I'm a big fan of symbolically throwing things away. The other day I donated to Goodwill a t-shirt given to me by my first girlfriend for my 15th birthday. A Star Wars t-shirt no less. I felt kind of bad watching the guy take it away, but I assured myself that I am not defined by my stuff.
Good luck with your skin condition.

Thanks, Tyler Durden..I mean..Ray. You are not your khakis!!!
I just watched that movie over the weekend. I used to not like it, but after I was able to get past the bloodshed and violence, I realized it's a very good flick with good messages.
