I hate the PMS week. I'm pretty much a huge bitch to everyone I come into contact with, and I'm sincere when I say I really can't help it. I don't try to be unpleasant or mean or weepy or angry; it just kinda happens.

I took a mini-test online to see if I have premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and my results "suggest" I suffer from it. Oooh! I just had a brilliant thought! I ought to make up little cards to pass out to people stating that I may have PMDD and to come talk to me in a week. That seems like a better alternative than screaming at someone with a disdainful look in my eyes because they asked me the time.
