Ok, maybe I missed the memo, but since when is wicker furniture (both indoor and outdoor) ever a good idea?? Various retailers, especially Pier 1, have been featuring wicker and similarly constructed chairs, tables, nightstands, dressers, armoires, etc. for the last 5 months. Again, I ask WHY? Wicker represents three things to me: A) cheap, 2) ugly, and 3) wood shouldn't be able to be permeated by wind. Ick!

Those of you who have hung out with me since last Saturday are probably cognisant of the fact that I've started smoking again. Yes, I fell off my squeaky wagon and have turned back to the evils of nicotine consumption. My plan was to not stress the situation, just kind of see where the wind takes me in my quest. Now I'm just hoping it takes me to a cup of coffee or a cold beer; two of my favorite accessories to go along with my smoking. Damn Gina, putting forth effort sucks.
